Why do I see a repair charge on my invoice?

You'll see a repair charge on your invoice when two things are true:

  1. Your miner is past its first 12 months with Simple Mining, and
  2. You're not currently enrolled in a Protection Plan

Every miner purchased from Simple Mining comes with 12 months of free protection out of the gate. After that, you can either enroll in a paid Protection Plan or pay for repairs as they happen. The line item on your invoice reflects the actual cost of the work we performed on your unit.

Enable protection on your fleet at dashboard.simplemining.io/protection. Protection applies on an all-or-nothing basis across your miners.
