Why Is My Miner on the Overdue Pool?
Learn why miners are pointed to the overdue pool and how to get them back to your own pool.
What is the overdue pool?
When an invoice is 10 days past due, your account enters overdue status. At that point we may point your miners to a Simple Mining worker (the overdue pool). Your miners keep running; only the destination of the rewards changes.
How do I get back to my own pool?
- Pay the overdue balance in the Invoice section of your dashboard.
- Allow up to 3 business days for wire payments to clear.
- Once your dashboard shows a $0 balance, our team points your miners back to your pool.
If your miners are still on the overdue worker 2 business days after your balance shows $0, you may reach out to support@simplemining.io
What happens to rewards mined on the overdue pool?
Rewards mined on the overdue worker are not credited back to you in any way. You are not billed for any hosting usage while they are on overdue.
How do I avoid overdue status?
Set an Auto Pull payment method under View Profile, Payment Methods so invoices are paid automatically 4 days after they are issued.
Tip: If you expect to pay late, email support@simplemining.io before the due date.
