Why is the ticket still open?
Repair tickets stay open for a short time after a miner comes back online while our team
completes final checks. The ticket is closed once those checks are done.
How do I check the ticket?
Go to Hosting Operations > Repair Tickets and search by Miner ID or serial number under
the Open tab to see its current status.
No action needed: An open ticket on an online miner will be closed once final
