When Will My Wire or ACH Payment Be Applied?
Learn how long wire and ACH payments take to post and how to check that yours was applied
How long does it take?
Payments that reference your invoice number are applied to that invoice within 3
business days. You do not need to send us a payment confirmation.
How do I check my payment?
Your dashboard balance is the source of truth. Once the payment posts, the invoice
shows as paid and your balance updates.
What if it still has not been applied?
If your payment has not been applied after 3 business days, email
accounting@simplemining.io with the invoice number, payment date and amount.
What about payments for buying miners?
Wires for a miner purchase or a Marketplace purchase are handled separately from
hosting invoices, and you may reach out immediately.
Speed things up: Always include your invoice number in the wire memo so
the payment can be matched right away.
