What Reports and Data Can I Get?

Learn which reports you can download yourself, which our team prepares on request, and what we cannot provide.

Which reports can I download myself?

  • 30-day fleet hashrate report: a CSV of hourly hashrate for your whole fleet. Use Export CSV in the Hashrate Performance section of your dashboard.
  • Account Health Report: every miner's status, exportable as a PDF, in the top right of your homepage.
  • Signed agreements: under View Profile, Signed Contracts.
  • Credit history: under View Profile, by clicking your Credits balance.
  • Marketplace sales: under Support & Resources, Miner Marketplace, See All Offers.
  • You can download a pdf of any invoice in your account.

Which reports does your team prepare on request?

We can prepare an invoice usage breakdown for hosting invoices.

Email support@simplemining.io with the invoice number and request the usage breakdown.

What can't you provide?

We do not prepare profitability, cost versus BTC mined, or lost-revenue analyses. Mining earnings and payouts come from your pool, so payout history lives in your pool account.

Where to Find Sats Mined and Payout History

Your miners mine directly to your mining pool, not to Simple Mining, so the Simple Mining dashboard doesn’t show sats mined, earnings, or payout history. To see how many sats you mined in a given month, or to look back at earlier months, log in to your mining pool account. Most pools let you filter earnings by date range and export your payout history. The Simple Mining dashboard shows hosting costs and uptime, which you can find under Billing & Payments > Hosting Usage.

Why don't my pool and dashboard numbers match?

Pools estimate hashrate based on shares submitted, every pool calculates this differently. The hashrate displayed in the dashboard is the real hashrate pulled directly from your miner.

Tip: The 30-day hashrate CSV answers most uptime questions on its own, so try it before requesting a custom report.
