What repairs are not covered in year 1

There are a few situations we aren't able to cover under Year 1:

• Acts of God (such as fire, flood, lightning, or tornado)
• Theft
• Physical abuse or unauthorized modification
• Damage that occurred before your unit came online
• Damage stemming from third-party repairs
• Manufacturer defects already covered under an active warranty
