What is the Simple Mining Protection Plan?

The Simple Mining Protection Plan is an optional add-on that provides hardware repair coverage for your hosted miners. There are two tiers: the Standard Protection Plan and the Premium Protection Plan.

The Standard Protection Plan includes all repair labor at no additional charge, unlimited fan replacements, and an Annual Parts Allowance of $500 per unit per year that can be applied toward replacement parts.

The Premium Protection Plan includes everything in the Standard plan, plus Mining Recovery Credits for eligible downtime and priority placement in Simple Mining's repair queue.

Enrollment applies to all of your hosted units. You can not enroll only some of your miners. To enroll, visit your dashboard or contact support@simplemining.io
