What is the early termination fee?

If you choose to terminate your hosting agreement for convenience before the end of your contract term, an early termination fee applies equal to the lesser of:

  • 6 months of hosting fees at your current monthly rate, or
  • The total remaining hosting fees for the unexpired portion of the term

No termination fee applies if you terminate in response to a mid-term rate adjustment, a rate change at renewal that you don't accept, or a Force Majeure event lasting more than 90 days.
