What Is the Difference Between the Standard and Premium Protection Plan?

The standard and premium protection plans explained

Both plans cover repairs. The Premium Plan adds Mining Recovery Credits and priority repair queue placement.

 What Both Plans Include

  • All repair labor at no charge (diagnostics, installation, testing)
  • Unlimited fan replacements at no charge
  • $500 Annual Parts Allowance per miner, per rolling 12 months (covers parts like power supply units, control boards, and hashboards)
  • 14-day repair warranty on repaired components
  • Automatic repair authorization. No need to approve each repair

 What the Premium Plan Adds

The Premium Plan adds Mining Recovery Credits and priority in the repair queue.

Mining Recovery Credits: If your miner is down for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a repair, you earn credits for the lost mining profit during that downtime. Credits are calculated as estimated daily revenue minus your daily hosting cost, then applied to your account on your next invoice. Credits only apply to repair downtime. Not curtailments, outages, or hosting pauses. Credits have no cash value.

Priority Repair Queue: Your miners are repaired ahead of Standard Plan and unenrolled miners.
