What is a Service Order?

What is a service order?

Every deal you do with us, buying hardware and setting up hosting gets captured in a Service Order.

The Service Order specifies the commercial terms for that specific deal, hardware quantity and model, purchase price, hosting fee, setup fees, estimated start date and how long the term runs.

Service Orders are signed digitally through the Simple Mining Dashboard at checkout, or as a written document signed by both sides.

In the event of a conflict the Master Agreement is what we refer to unless the Service Order specifically says it's modifying the Agreement just for that transaction.

Simple Mining will correct obvious typos or math errors with written notice to customer. Any other changes need both parties to agree in writing.
