Once a repaired miner is back at the facility, our team racks it and reconnects it.
Awaiting Pool Approval
Next, the ticket moves to Awaiting Pool Approval. Our team checks that the miner is pointed to the correct pool settings on your account. No action is needed from you at this stage.
Back Online
Once the miner is hashing, it shows as online in View Miner Details. The repair ticket may stay open briefly while final checks are completed.
Track your repair: Follow your miner's status and technician notes under Hosting Operations > Repair Tickets in your Simple Mining Dashboard.
