What happens at the end of my hosting term?
At least 90 days before the end of your contract term, Simple Mining may send you one of the following:
- A non-renewal notice, meaning your term will end and your hardware will be returned
- An updated hosting rate for the next 1-year renewal term
- Updated agreement terms for the renewal period
If you do not accept a proposed rate change or term update, you can terminate at the end of the current term with no termination fee, provided you give written notice within 30 days of receiving the update.
If neither party gives notice of non-renewal, your contract auto-renews at the then-current rate.
If you plan to retrieve your hardware at the end of your term, see our article on how hardware return works.
