What Happens After I Accept a Marketplace Offer?

When is my sale complete?

When you accept an offer, the buyer is invoiced for the miner. Your sale is complete once the buyer's payment clears and the miner is moved to the buyer's account. 

What is in my sale breakdown?

After the sale completes, our team emails you a breakdown for each listing. It shows:

• The sale price

• The 10% seller fee

• Your hosting deposit being returned
• Hosting usage not billed for yet, the usage your miner used this month before the sale.

Any outstanding balance on your account is deducted from your proceeds.

You will not billed any hosting usage for your sold miner on your next hosting invoice. If you have no miners left, you will not receive an invoice the following month. 

How can I receive my proceeds?

Proceeds can be paid out to you, applied as a credit to your hosting invoice, or used as a credit towards a brand new miner. Payouts can be sent by ACH, Wire, or Crypto. 

The 10% seller fee applies to every option except using your proceeds to buy a new miner directly from Simple Mining within 30 days.

When will I get paid?

Payouts are sent within 2 business after you confirm the breakdown and your payout details. To change where your payout goes, reply to the breakdown email with the new details before the payout is sent. Our crypto processor charges a 1% fee.

What if it is taking longer than this?

Contact our support team if:

• You are the buyer and have not received your invoice more than 2 business days after your offer was accepted.
• You are the buyer and your miner is not online more than 2 business days after you paid.
• You are the seller and have not received your breakdown more than 6 business days after you accepted the offer.
• You are the seller and have not received your payout more than 2 business days after you confirmed your breakdown.
