What do I do if my miner is offline or underhashing?
What to do if your miner is offline or not hashing
- Log in to simplemining.io.
- Select Support & Resources.
- If you have not yet signed into the new support portal, please follow the instructions here: https://knowledge.simplemining.io/new-support-portal-tutorial
- If a ticket for the miner in question has not already been created in your dashboard view by our automated system, please scroll to the bottom and click on "Submit a support ticket."
- Please provide the serial number or miner ID of the miner that is offline or under hashing.
