Understanding Your Hosting Invoice
Learn when invoices are issued, what each line means and what to do if a charge looks off
When are invoices issued?
Hosting invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due 5 days later. If you use auto pay, your Auto Pull method is charged 4 calendar days after the invoice is issued.
What appears on my invoice?
- Hosting fees for each miner on your account
- Protection Plan charges, if you are enrolled
- Credits, such as downtime or referral credits, shown as a separate line
Why is my invoice higher than usual?
The most common reasons are:
- New miners: This is the first full month of hosting for a recently added miner.
- More uptime: Your miners had fewer curtailments or less downtime than the previous month.
Are paused miners invoiced?
You are never billed for hosting usage on paused miners.
Can I get a detailed breakdown or usage data?
Yes. Email support@simplemining.io to request a detailed breakdown of your invoice or usage data.
What happens if my invoice is past due?
A late fee is assessed on day 5 past due. The fee is the greater of 1.5% of the overdue balance or $25. Miners are subject to being placed on overdue after the 15th.
What if I think a charge is wrong?
Email support@simplemining.io with your invoice number and the line you are questioning.
Never miss a due date: Set up auto pay under View Profile > Payment Methods so your invoice is paid automatically each month.
