Miner showing online but no hashrate in NiceHash
  • Confirm the pool URL is set to sha256asicboost.auto.nicehash.com:9200
  • Confirm the worker name matches your NiceHash subaccount username exactly (case-sensitive)
  • Allow up to 15 minutes after connection for hashrate to appear in the NiceHash dashboard
  • Check that your miner is submitting shares. Contact Simple Mining support if accepted shares are 0 after 30 minutes
Payouts not showing or delayed
  • NiceHash pays out once your balance reaches the minimum threshold (0.001 BTC for external wallets)
  • Payouts process automatically. There is no manual trigger required
  • NiceHash pays to your configured BTC wallet address, not directly to Simple Mining
  • Verify your payout wallet address is correctly set inside your NiceHash account settings
  • Allow 1–2 hours after threshold is met for payout to process
NiceHash is paying less than expected
  • NiceHash uses order-based pricing. Your effective payout rate fluctuates with marketplace demand, not a fixed rate
  • Lower hashprice periods will result in lower earnings; this is normal and not a platform issue
  • Compare your actual hashrate to your miner's nameplate hashrate, any gap affects earnings
  • NiceHash deducts a small service fee from payouts; this is expected
Miner connected to NiceHash but status shows offline in Simple Mining dashboard
  • Simple Mining monitors miner status independently from NiceHash
  • A miner can be hashing on NiceHash while appearing in an error state in our dashboard
  • Open a support ticket at support@simplemining.io with your miner ID so we can investigate
How to check your NiceHash hashrate and earnings
  1. Log in at nicehash.com
  2. Navigate to MiningRigs
  3. Select your subaccount or rig to view live hashrate, accepted shares, and earnings history
  4. For payout history, go to WalletTransactions
Switching away from NiceHash to another pool
  • Pool changes must be submitted via a support ticket at support@simplemining.io
  • Include your preferred pool URL and worker name in the request
  • We recommend setting up a backup pool. Please see our Pool Setup guide for instructions
  • Allow 1 business day for pool changes to be applied
NiceHash account locked or suspended
  • NiceHash account issues (login, KYC, account bans) must be resolved directly with NiceHash support at nicehash.com/support
  • Simple Mining does not have access to your NiceHash account and cannot resolve account-level issues on your behalf
  • If your NiceHash account is suspended, your miners will continue hashing but payouts will be paused until resolved
