Common causes
- A hashboard that needs fresh thermal paste
- A failing fan
- A hashboard fault
How each issue is repaired
- Thermal paste and fans: usually completed on site, which makes them quicker.
- Hashboard issues: typically go to our repair center.
- Under factory warranty: miners are shipped to the manufacturer's warranty center for repair.
