How to Set Up ACH Payments

Paying by ACH lets you pay your Simple Mining invoices straight from your bank account. Before you can add a bank account, you'll need to turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). This keeps your payment information secure.

Time needed: About 5 minutes

What you'll need:

  • Access to the email address on your Simple Mining account
  • An authenticator app on your phone (for example, Google Authenticator or Authy)
  • Your bank's routing number and your account number

Step 1: Log in to your Dashboard

  1. Go to the Simple Mining Dashboard: https://dashboard.simplemining.io
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Simple Mining with your login link.
  4. Click the magic link in that email. It will sign you straight into your Dashboard.

Tip: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Open your profile

  1. In the bottom left corner, find your account name.
  2. Click the up and down arrow next to it.
  3. Select View Profile.

Step 3: Turn on two-factor authentication

  1. On your profile page, find the two-factor authentication section.
  2. Follow the prompts to enable 2FA.

Why this step matters: The payment methods area stays locked until 2FA is turned on.

Step 4: Add your bank account for ACH

  1. Once 2FA is on, the Payment Methods area will unlock.
  2. Choose ACH and enter your bank details.
  3. Save your changes.
