How to find your account credit history

Your credit history shows every credit your account has earned and where each one was applied. Click through the interactive walkthrough above, or follow the written steps below.

Step-by-step instructions

Open your account menu. In the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard, click the up/down arrows next to your account name.

Select View Profile. This moves you from the high-level account overview into your account details.

Click your Credits balance. In the profile header, click the dollar amount under Credits to open your credit history.

Review the Credit History panel. Each row shows the date, a description, the type (Earned or Used), and the amount. Credits applied to an invoice will reference the invoice number so you can match them up.

Your available credit balance is shown at the top of the Credit History panel.
