How Long Until My New Miner Is Hashing?
Learn what happens after you pay for a new miner, what we need from you, and when it goes live.
Where can I see my order details?
Your order is set out in a Service Order that lists the hardware, quantity, price, hosting rate, setup fees, estimated start date, and term. Find it under View Profile, Signed Contracts.
Do I need to confirm my wire?
No. A wire for a new miner purchase is matched to your order by our accounting team. You do not need to send a confirmation if the wire references your invoice number.
What do you need from me?
Ensure your preferred pool is set in your dashboard before the estimated start date. If we do not have them in time, your miner deployment may be delayed.
When will my miner go live?
Your sales representative will confirm when your miner is expected to go live.
What if I financed my miner?
Payments for financed miners can be made in your dashboard.
Can I host miners I bought elsewhere?
No. We host only miners purchased directly from Simple Mining or on our Marketplace. To buy more miners, start at simplemining.io/start or browse simplemining.io/shop-miners.
