How Hosting and Repair Tickets Are Created
How are hosting and repair tickets created?
A hosting or repair ticket is created for the miner so you can track its status, the work being performed, diagnostics, and the deployment ETA once it is set. The support ticket is separate from the repair ticket.
What can you see in the repair ticket?
You can use the repair ticket to view:
- The miner’s status
- The diagnostic
- The work being performed
- The deployment ETA, once available
What happens after the ticket is created?
If a ticket is assigned to the wrong team, a hosting ticket can be created for the miner and the original support ticket may be marked as resolved or closed separately. The repair ticket may show that the miner is awaiting transfer to the repair center.
How are repair updates handled?
Repair updates may be reviewed by the repair manager and coordinated with the site manager to help move repairs forward as quickly as possible. In some cases, delays may be related to parts sourcing.
