How Does the Repair Warranty Work?

Every repair Simple Mining performs comes with a 14-day warranty. If the same component fails again within 14 days of your miner being restored, Simple Mining will re-repair or replace it at no charge, and without touching your Annual Parts Allowance.

The warranty covers only the specific component that was repaired. If a different component fails during the 14-day window, that's handled as a separate repair under your Protection Plan.

The 14th day is calculated beginning the first day your miner has gone back online and is actively hashing.

This applies to both the Standard and Premium Protection Plans.
