How does the Annual Parts Allowance work?

Each enrolled unit receives an Annual Parts Allowance of $500 per rolling 12-month period.

What it covers

• PSUs, control boards, hashboard components, and other hardware
• Fan replacements are always included at no charge and do not count against the allowance

How it works

• Tracked per unit and cannot be transferred between units
• Unused balance expires at the end of the 12-month period and does not roll over
• If exhausted, Simple Mining will still perform necessary repairs and invoice you for any parts costs above the $500 limit

Cancellation and ownership

• If you cancel and re-enroll, your allowance balance carries forward
• If a unit is sold or transferred, the allowance resets to the full $500 for the new owner
