How do I use or fix a Triple-A payment link?
Having trouble with a Triple-A payment link? Learn how to use it and fix common issues like unclickable buttons or broken links.
What is Triple-A?
Triple-A is our crypto payment provider. It lets you pay your Simple Mining invoices in cryptocurrency.
- Accepted currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (ERC-20) and USDC (ERC-20)
- Fee: crypto payments carry a 1% processing fee. ACH and wire have no fee. Credit card has a 3.5% fee.
- Due date: invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due within 5 calendar days, the same as any other payment method.
How to pay with a Triple-A link
- Log in to the Dashboard at dashboard.simplemining.io.
- Go to Invoices and open the invoice you want to pay.
- Under Choose your preferred payment method, select Crypto, then click Update.
- Click the payment button at the bottom of the invoice. This opens the Triple-A checkout.
- Choose your currency and send the exact amount shown to the address shown.
- Keep your payment reference (for example, ABC-123456-PMT) for your records.
Important:
- Links expire quickly, usually within about 25 minutes. Have your wallet open and funded before you click pay.
- Send USDT and USDC on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network only. Funds sent on any other network may not be recoverable.
- Your wallet’s network fee is separate. Make sure the full invoice amount arrives after that fee.
Fixing common issues
The link expired or says it’s invalid
- Go back to the invoice in the Dashboard and click the payment button again to create a new link.
- Don’t reuse an old link or one from a previous email.
The button won’t click or the page won’t load
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Allow pop-ups for dashboard.simplemining.io, or turn off your ad blocker for the site.
- Try another browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari, or a private/incognito window.
- Clear your browser cache, or try a different device.
The amount looks wrong
- Invoices are processed in USD. If the checkout shows another currency, stop and contact support before you send funds.
- Check that the 1% crypto fee is included in the total.
I underpaid or overpaid
- If you underpaid, the remaining balance stays on your account, and small balances may carry over to your next invoice.
- If you overpaid or paid twice, contact support. Overpayments can be refunded through Triple-A.
I paid, but my invoice still shows as unpaid
- Blockchain confirmations can take time, especially when the network is busy.
- If the invoice isn’t updated within a business day, send support your payment reference and the transaction ID (hash).
