How do I pause (and unpause) miners on the Dashboard?

You may pause and resume each Machine one (1) time per month through the Dashboard.

Please note the following conditions when pausing a Machine:

Pausing a Machine does not change the current contractual terms as set forth in our Hosting Agreement.
During the pause period, the Machine will remain online for SIMPLE MINING’s use to help cover utility and operational obligations.
You will not receive any financial credit, offset, or reimbursement (full or partial) while a Machine is paused.
By pausing a Machine, you waive all rights and claims related to SIMPLE MINING’s use of that Machine during the pause period, including claims for compensation, wear and tear, or other related matters.
SIMPLE MINING is not responsible for interruptions or performance issues caused by events outside of its control, including (but not limited to) power outages, internet outages, severe weather, acts of God, or government actions.

Log in to the Dashboard and navigate to View Miner Details.
Select the checkbox next to each miner you want to pause.
Click the Actions button in the upper-right corner of the miner list, then select Pause miners.
Any selected miners that are online and not in a failing state will pause within a few minutes.

Select the checkbox next to each miner you want to unpause.
Click the Actions button in the upper-right corner of the miner list, then select Unpause miners.
Any selected miners that are online and not in a failing state will be unpaused within a few minutes. Please note that if the status of a paused miner is not “okay”, the miner will not be unpaused.

Each miner can only be paused and unpaused once per month, and paused machines remain online for SIMPLE MINING’s use without financial credit.
