What is already in my dashboard?
Your Master Hosting Agreement and Service Order Agreements are under View Profile, Signed Contracts. Service Orders show the hardware, quantity, and purchase price for each deal, which many CPAs use as proof of ownership and purchase. Invoices are in the Invoice section.
We do not provide 1099s or other Tax documents.
What is my miner's in-service date?
Each miner's in-service date is the day it first came online and began mining to your wallet; it is also the start of its hosting term.
When is sales tax charged?
Sales tax applies to hardware purchases, protection plan, and repair charges, not to hosting usage.
