How do I find a record of miners I sold on the Marketplace?
Every miner you sell through the Simple Mining Miner Marketplace is recorded in your dashboard as an accepted offer. You can look up past sales at any time, including sales from previous years.
Steps- Log in to your Simple Mining Dashboard.
- In the left menu, open Support & Resources and click Miner Marketplace.
- Click See All Offers (the button just above the miner listings).
- Make sure the Received tab is selected at the top. These are offers buyers made on miners you listed.
- Click the Accepted tab.
You'll now see a table of every completed sale on your account.
What's in the table| Column | What it means |

| Listing ID | The marketplace listing the miner was sold from. Click it to open the listing. |
| Amount | The offer amount the buyer paid. |
| Offer Made At | When the buyer submitted the offer. |
| Accepted At | When the offer was accepted. Use this as the sale date. |
| Miner Type | Model of the miner sold (for example, Antminer S21). |
| Serial Number | Serial number of the specific unit sold. |
| Listed Price | Your asking price on the listing. |
| Status | Shows Accepted for completed sales. |
- Finding sales from a specific year: check the Accepted At column. For example, to find 2025 sales, look for rows with an Accepted At date in 2025.
- Finding a specific model: scan the Miner Type column, or match against the Serial Number if you know which units you sold.
- Sorting: you can sort by Listing ID or Listed Price using the arrows in the column headers.
- Pending, Declined, and Expired tabs show offers that were not completed, so they are not a record of sales.
- Sent tab shows offers you made as a buyer on other people's listings, not your own sales.
If you need an official statement of your marketplace sales (for example, for taxes or accounting), contact us at support@simplemining.io or open a ticket from Support & Resources > Support Tickets, and include the Listing IDs or serial numbers of the units you sold.
