How do I enroll in, cancel, or change my Protection Plan tier?

You can enroll in, cancel, or change your Protection Plan tier at any time through the Simple Mining dashboard or by emailing support@simplemining.io.

Enrollment

• Takes effect immediately
• Applies to all of your hosted units
• Partial enrollment of individual miners is not permitted

Cancellations

• Take effect at the end of the current billing month
• Coverage remains active through the end of the month you submit your cancellation
• Program fees are non-refundable once invoiced

Tier Changes

• Submit a request through the dashboard
• Takes effect on the first day of the following calendar month
• Only one tier change request is allowed per calendar month
