How do I dispute an invoice?

If you believe there's an error on your invoice, here's what to do:

  1. Email accounting@simplemining.io within 5 days of the invoice being issued, describing the issue in detail.
  2. Pay at least 90% of the invoiced amount by the due date.

Both steps are required. If you miss the 5-day window or don't pay the 90%, the full invoiced amount becomes due and the dispute is waived.

We'll review the dispute in good faith. If we agree the invoice was incorrect, the disputed amount will be credited to your account.
