How do I check the status of my miner in repair?

Using the dashboard tool to check on miner repairs

If your machine fails, due to any issue, our internal systems automatically generate a “Hosting Repair Ticket.” This ticket notifies technicians on site to perform an initial diagnosis on your hardware.

Oftentimes, technicians on site can resolve the issue with the equipment available on site. These tickets track the actions taken to diagnose, repair and get your miners back to hashing. They are time stamped with updated stati so you can track your downed miners in real time. If miners cannot be repaired on site, namely due to hashboard issues, our team sends them to our repair center for further repairs.

To track a miner repair status on the Simple Mining Dashboard, follow these instructions:

  1. Once you log in, check the lefthand column of the dashboard, search for Hosting Operations and click “Repair Tickets.”
  2. This page will give a list of open tickets currently in repair, and a list of completed tickets under completed.
  3. Click into the ticket ID for the miner. This will open up a new page specific to your miner’s repair status.
  4. The top section includes all miner details. The middle section has the ticket status tracker, showing where your miner is along the repair progression. The bottom section contains notes with the latest updates from our technicians.
