How do I check the status of a repair ticket?

Check repair status by logging in to your dashboard and selecting Support and Resources, then Hosting Repairs.

To check repair status:

  1. Log in to the dashboard at simplemining.io
  2. Select support and resources from the left panel. 
  3. Select hosting repairs (current repairs are under the open tab. Completed repairs are under the completed tab).
  4. Find the miner by serial number.
  5. Under diagnostic, you will see a diagnosis.
  6. RC deadline is the date the repair center anticipates the repair to be complete.
  7. Deployment ETA is the date the miner is expected to be deployed back at site.
