How do I check the status of a repair ticket?
Check repair status by logging in to your dashboard and selecting Support and Resources, then Hosting Repairs.
To check repair status:
- Log in to the dashboard at simplemining.io
- Select support and resources from the left panel.
- Select hosting repairs (current repairs are under the open tab. Completed repairs are under the completed tab).
- Find the miner by serial number.
- Under diagnostic, you will see a diagnosis.
- RC deadline is the date the repair center anticipates the repair to be complete.
- Deployment ETA is the date the miner is expected to be deployed back at site.
