How do I change my payment type?
Step-by-step instructions for updating your payment method through the Simple Mining Dashboard when an invoice is open.
When you have an open invoice, these are the steps below on how to change your payment method. Please note, we are working with the payment provider to allow for changes when there is not an open invoice.
- First, access your account via the Simple Mining Dashboard: https://dashboard.simplemining.io
- Go to the Invoice Section of the dashboard, and select an open invoice.
- Above the line item section of your invoice, on the top right, you will see a section that says “Choose your preferred payment method.
- Select your payment method of choice. Please note, credit card payments come with a 3.5% fee and crypto a 1% fee; wires and ACH do not charge fees.
- Select Update
- Once your payment method is selected, scroll to the bottom of the invoice and select “Pay with Paystand.” This section will have your button and enter your credit card or banking information.
