How do I change my mining pool?

Before you start

You create the pool account. Simple Mining only configures your miners with the details you enter. Double check everything before saving. We are not responsible for lost profits from typos or incorrect pool or wallet information.

Updating Preferred Pools vs. changing your miners’ pool

Note: Adding or editing a pool on the Preferred Pools page saves it to your account, but it does not switch any miners to that pool. To point your miners at the new pool, you need to apply the change to them.

To switch your miners to a pool:

1. In the Dashboard, go to View Miner Details.
2. Select the miners you want to switch.
3. Click Actions, then Change Pools.
4. Choose the pool and confirm.

What should I know about pool changes?

• Once per day: Pools can be changed once per day through your dashboard.
• Automatic retries: If a pool change doesn’t go through, the system will retry once per day.
• Confirm the change: After updating, check that your miners are hashing to the correct pool.

Tip: Funds sent to the wrong wallet address cannot be recovered, so verify your wallet address before saving.
