What happens after my offer is accepted?
You will receive an invoice for the purchase price. If you are new to Simple Mining, you will also get an email to set up your dashboard login.
You can pay by:
-
ACH or wire, with no fee
- Cryptocurrency, with a 1% fee

How do I get my miner online?
Once payment clears, the miner is moved to your account. We will use your preferred pool in your dashboard to set up your miner. Marketplace miners stay hosted at our facilities and are not shipped.
Hosting fees start the day the miner begins mining to your wallet. The contract starts when the miner is deployed to your account.
Is my Marketplace miner covered for repairs?
The free first-year repair coverage applies to new miners bought directly from us, not used marketplace miners. You can enroll in a Protection Plan, and a Marketplace buyer starts with a fresh $500 Annual Parts Allowance.
