Do I get billed during curtailments (Load Shedding)?

Curtailments are an industry-wide standard practice, requiring Bitcoin miners to temporarily pause their operations in order to reduce load on the power grid.
During that time, your miners are not able to hash to your pool, as they have been powered down.
