Dashboard Reporting
You can get all of your reports and usage data yourself from the Simple Mining Dashboard. The Hosting Usage page gives a miner-by-miner, day-by-day breakdown of what you’re billed for. You can also download your fleet hashrate, account health, invoices, agreements, credit history and marketplace sales.
How do I see what my hosting invoice is based on?
Go to Billing & Payments → Hosting Usage in the Dashboard sidebar and pick a month from the dropdown. The page has four sections:
Miner Breakdown
- Lists every miner with its miner ID, serial number, model, site, days online, estimated energy (kWh) and cost for the month.
- Click a miner to see its daily hashrate for the month, along with its average hashrate, average daily cost and estimated daily energy.
- Search by miner ID, serial number or model, and use Export CSV to download the full breakdown.
Daily Usage Insights
- Shows a daily chart of hosting cost for each miner, plus your daily average.
- Click any day to see its details.
Cost by Model
- Totals your hosting cost by miner model. Select a model to filter the list to those miners.
This Month’s Bill
- Shows your hosting cost so far and an estimate for the full month, based on the days so far.
- Protection plans, repairs and insurance are added when the month closes.
Good to know: usage for one month appears on the next month’s invoice. For example, October usage is billed on the November invoice.
What else can I download myself?
- 30-day fleet hashrate report: a CSV of hourly hashrate for your whole fleet. Use Export CSV in the Hashrate Performance section.
- Account Health Report: every miner’s status, as a PDF. Find it in the top right of your homepage.
- Invoices: download a PDF of any invoice in your account.
- Signed agreements: go to View Profile → Signed Contracts.
- Credit history: go to View Profile and click your Credits balance.
- Marketplace sales: go to Support & Resources → Miner Marketplace → See All Offers.
What reports are not available?
Simple Mining doesn’t prepare profitability, cost-versus-BTC-mined or lost-revenue analyses. Your mining earnings and payouts come from your pool, so your payout history is in your pool account.
Why don’t my pool and Dashboard numbers match?
Pools estimate hashrate from the shares your miners submit, and every pool calculates it differently. The hashrate on your Dashboard is the actual hashrate reported by your miners.
Tip: between the Hosting Usage page and the 30-day hashrate CSV, you can answer most billing and uptime questions yourself.
