Can I supply my own parts for a repair?

No. All replacement parts used in repairs under the Protection Plan must be sourced by Simple Mining. You may not send or supply your own parts for use in a covered repair.
Simple Mining sources all parts to ensure quality control, proper pricing, and accurate tracking against your Annual Parts Allowance. This applies to both the Standard and Premium Protection Plans.
