Can I send my miner to a third-party repair facility?
No. All repairs on miners hosted with Simple Mining must be performed in-house at a Simple Mining facility.
There are a few reasons for this:
- Our repair team handles thousands of units and catches issues faster than most third-party shops.
- Third-party repairs often introduce new problems, and we can't stand behind work we didn't do.
- Shipping miners out and back creates extra downtime and risk of damage in transit.
