Are SimpleMining Hosting Rates Fixed by Tier?
The tier prices on our pricing page are standard starting rates. A client’s actual rate can be lower depending on how much power they have online or whether they bought during a promotion.
Standard Hosting Tiers
The pricing page shows our standard hosting rates, grouped by total power online:
- Starter (0-499 kW): $0.08/kWh
- Premium (500-999 kW): $0.075/kWh
- Enterprise (1,000-1,999 kW): $0.07/kWh
- Enterprise + (2,000+ kW): $0.065/kWh
Every tier includes the 12 Months Free Protection Plan, the Pause Period during market changes, and Precision Billing.
Your Rate Can Be Lower Than the Listed Price
The listed tier prices are where rates start, and they aren’t the only rates available. Two things can lower a client’s rate:
- Power online: As a client adds more power, they can move into a higher tier with a lower rate. Clients with large deployments may also qualify for custom pricing.
- Promotional purchases: Clients who bought miners or hosting during a promotion may have a promotional rate that is lower than the standard tier price. That rate follows the terms of the promotion it was purchased under.
Note: If your rate is different from what the pricing page shows, it may be because of a promotion or your power online. Your agreement lists the exact rate that applies to your account.
Checking or Changing Your Rate
To check which rate applies to you, look at your service agreement. If you’d like to talk about rates for adding more power, or about current promotions, our sales team can go over your options with you.
