Are hardware deposits refundable?

Hardware deposits are non-refundable in most cases. The one exception: if Simple Mining is unable to procure the hardware you ordered from the manufacturer or supplier, your deposit is refunded in full.

Once we have procured your hardware, shipping delays, customs delays, or other logistics issues do not entitle you to a refund. This is because once we've committed to buying the hardware from the manufacturer, the inventory is yours.

Hosting deposits (the separate deposit equal to 1 month of estimated hosting fees) are refundable upon termination of your contract, minus any outstanding amounts owed.
